3 Tools to Improve the Quality of your Content

All you really need is your phone for creating content, but if you want to improve on the quality of your video and imagery, here are 3 inexpensive tools that may help;

A gimbal: Stabilizes video and allows you to shoot hands-free. Gimbals come with a tripod and settings including tracking, where the gimbal will move as an item moves, very handy if you are filming working or someone in motion.

Cost: Varies but a decent one is about €100.

A microphone: A mic that plugs into your phone will vastly improve sound quality if you are recording a voiceover etc.

Cost: Around €30.

A clip-on ring light: A ring light instantly improves the light in an image or video, which is very important in Ireland, especially in Winter. You can buy ones that clip onto your phone or laptop but can also stand, making it functional for lighting up a workspace while filming too.

Cost: Around €20.
